The Harvest of Tomorrow

This unique leadership programme is for anyone who is or wants to be active in the agriculture and food system. You will learn to develop the ability to initiate change in your organisation, network, or sector. Working within the agriculture and food system requires new knowledge and skills, different ways of working together and a great network that continues and expands relationships and projects. You learn to look at the food transition from different perspectives You walk away with a better picture of your role in the transition, a concrete first version of a prototype AND the tools & network to implement your plans.

This programme contains a personal intake interview and two intervision and reflection sessions on your context and leadership challenges. In addition, you learn to better deal with challenges, frustrations, and disillusions that the complex transition of the agricultural and food system sometimes evokes.
